Highpoint Service Network Sdn Bhd was established in 1999, just before the turn of the new millennium when ICT Industry was expanding at rapid speed. Highpoint was all set to render its services to the nation's ICT growing need for efficiency, convenience and easy accessible ICT services.

With its corporate office located at Subang Sime UEP's Industrial Park, Highpoint focuses on building its core expertise with the purpose of offering customers the best ICT professional services, technological solutions and Acer Supercare Warranty. All these assist to translate customer needs into reducing cost and empowering their business with the necessary competitive advantage towards profit and growth.

Owing to the undisputed dependency on ICT by the general public of today, Highpoint has spent tremendous effort in building its service infrastructure and manpower skills to cater for the essential ICT needs. Highpoint has 17 service centres strategically located nationwide to connect to a wider clientele base, for timely and efficient support. All service centres are equipped with fiber optic links, allowing a real-time access technology resource centre, as well as with its overseas ICT partners.

Highpoint has invested in developing highly skilled support personnel, advance equipment and facilities, with commitment in providing efficient and timely recovery services, in its bid to achieve the vision of being The Preferred IT Services Solution Provider.

High Point

In year 2003, Highpoint has obtained the ISO 9001:2000, Quality Management System certification from SIRIM. The certification covers the scope of IT Remedial Services.

Highpoint is currently using Clarify System to compliment its professional staffing support and services. Clarify System enables easy on-line tracking on the status of customer's service request, from the beginning of log on support, to the end of the case when service accomplish.

Hotline and toll free are available for customers who always on the run, in order for them to obtain support via phone.
