Acer will take care of the whole process of repairing starting from pickup arrangement to deliver it back to you and this service will only take 5 business working days! It's easy! Just call our Highpoint Service Network at 03-80266226 or toll free 1-800-88-1918 or email acercare@acer.com.my. Highpoint Service Network Sdn. Bhd.(HSN) will come to your home or office to pickup the Mobile PC for repair and subsequently deliver it back to your customers. Best yet, this service is provided FREE of charge!
The following terms and conditions for this Pick & Return service are:
Coverage is limited to 50km of HSN service centre only in Klang Valley.
Applicable only to Mobile PC (Notebooks, Netbooks & Tablets).
No pick up charges shall apply for machines under warranty.
Customers to provide following information for verification:
- serial number
- nature of the problem
- address
- contact details
A copy of the receipt or invoice may be required as proof of purchase when necessary.
